Ryan joined Griffith Firm, now Griffith & Hughes, as an associate in 2016. Prior to attending law school, Ryan graduated from Texas Tech University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management. Ryan attended law school at Texas A&M University where he was inducted into the legal honor society Phi Delta Phi. He received his J.D. from A&M in May of 2016.

Richard Y. Cheng has an extensive healthcare law practice, with particular concentration representing skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, home health agencies, community hospitals, hospices, and rehabilitation providers. Mr. Cheng counsels clients with respect to corporate transactions, healthcare regulatory and compliance matters, and administrative appeals.
